Unfortunately, we do not accept Private Molina Plans.

Some plans are out of network, but our office can Courtesy Bill your insurance, please contact your plan to verify that we are in network. If you do not see your primary insurance listed, please contact our office at 231-779-9700 to verify that we accept your child’s insurance.

Mi Child, Child Special Health Services, and Medicaid Plans:

We currently accept these forms of Medicaid; Molina, Meridian, Priority Health, Blue Cross Complete, and Straight.  UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT MCLAREN OR UNITED HEALTHCARE MEDICAID.

Please contact Mi Enrolls at 1-888-367-6557 to change your current plan, or contact your local DHHS to restore your inactive Medicaid plan at 1-844-464-3447 (Wexford/Miss).

​Please contact your insurance company if you are not sure if your insurance covers your office visit or procedure. Our staff will be happy to help you work through any billing problems. Payment of cash pay, co-pays and deductibles are expected at the time of service. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, Cash, Check.
